Delivery and Postage Costs
In expressing rangatiratanga, manaakitanga, kaitiakitanga and kotahitanga, Te Tākupu aims to ensure the correct publications arrive to whānau safely and in a timely way.
Delivery delays: COVID-19 has led to delays across Aotearoa and Australia. Please be mindful of this as we do our best to get your order to you in a timely fashion.

Te Tākupu doesn’t distribute hard copy books beyond Aotearoa and Australia, due to the high costs of postage internationally. Our whānau living abroad may like to purchase from our selection of digital books (ebooks and audiobooks). Returns and Refunds (including books damaged in transit)
In expressing rangatiratanga, manaakitanga and kotahitanga, Te Tākupu aims to ensure the correct publications arrive to our whānau safely and in a timely way. If this doesn’t occur we will look at each situation on case-by-case basis in order to find a resolution.
Sale items
At times Te Tākupu will offer a sale for specific publications. This will usually be for a specified period of time. Our regular prices will apply at all other times and on all other publications.
Bulk orders

Your Information
When you sign-up to Te Tākupu’s mailing list we treat your information as a taonga. We do not share your information and will only use it to let you know about new books we are releasing or promotions that are being offered.
Holiday Hours
Our tari will be closed for a three-week period over the Christmas and Summer holidays. We will fill your orders on our return.
