Ahunga Tikanga, edited by Kim McBreen, is the first journal to be produced from the Ahunga Tikanga programme of study at Te Wānanga o Raukawa. The foundation of the programme is tikanga as the first and only legitimate law of Aotearoa. Tikanga is a natural expression of kaupapa and mātauranga, and at the same time, tikanga contributes to our understanding of kaupapa and mātauranga. This journal includes writing that explores the ideas of ahunga tikanga in a variety of ways from staff, students and supporters of the programme.
